Terms & Conditions

  • No returns on printed items. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Depending on seasonal rushes, orders are typically completed in 10 business days for single location embellishment. However, factors outside our control, including product availability and supplier shipments may affect completion dates. 
  • Job completion dates are estimated from the time of final proof approval
  • Proofs are typically delivered via email 2-3 business days after payment is made and production ready artwork is received.
  • Quotes are provided per production run. If production is split, additional set up fees may be charged to cover costs of reduced efficiency.
  • Delivery or shipping services may require and additional 3-5 days to complete
  • TTOD offers a pre order sample service for customers to try items before ordering. Samples are invoiced to the customer when ordered. Any returned samples may incur restocking fees and or shipping costs back to our vendors.
  •  70% payment or cost of goods, whichever is greater is required to start production on an order.
  • Credit is offered only by approval for major accounts by Terrell Hill CEO.
  • TTOD is not liable to replace and good provided by the customer which become damaged in the production process.
  • Print & Embellishment placements have a standard .25″ – .5″ variation in any direction
  • TTOD is not responsible for errors/omissions in order quantities or artwork once proof approval is given and items embellished.
  • Art for product embellishment can be edited up until final approval is given. After approval has been given any additional art changes may incur additional set up/design fees.
